SHIPPING

  • Orders are shipped Monday-Friday within 24-48 hrs of being placed.
  • Occasionally during new release periods, customers may need to allow up to 5 business days for orders to be packed and shipped. 

Please note- Deliveries to addresses outside of metro areas (150km+) may take slightly longer to arrive. On average, you can expect an extra 3-4 business days.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail to confirm receipt. We will ship your order out within 1-2 business days after receiving it and we will then email you your shipment tracking number so you can easily keep a close eye on when your new item(s) will be with you. 

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc).

 

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and comfort so if for any reason you do not absolutely love your purchase, we will gladly issue a refund for the value of the merchandise or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase. 

If more than 30 calendar days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Returns for change of mind are not accepted. Gift Vouchers/cards will not be eligible for a return.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

EASY RETURNS & REFUNDS

In order to return the items you're unsatisfied with:

1. Please notify us in writing via email to info@usandtheearth.com including your order number or a copy of your receipt.

2. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

3. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

4. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are unfortunately non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

5. If you are shipping an item over AU$50/US$35, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t & can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
