Baked Apple Peel Chips

Ingredients:
  • Peel from 2 apples (or as much as you need)
  • Cinnamon sugar *for sprinkling
  • Squeeze of lemon juice or few drops of vanilla extract

Method:
Preheat the oven to 200°C and line a baking tray with baking paper. In a Small bowl, Sprinkle cinnamon sugar on the lemon peels and add lemon juice or vanilla extract. Toss to coat the apple peels evenly. Line out the apple peels making sure it is spread out on a lined baking tray and bake for 10-12 minutes . Keep an eye out as the edges burn fast.
